The Business
X-Ray
See what your business is hiding
An X-ray shows a doctor what they can't see from the outside. This does that for your business. A committee of AI executives goes through your finances, operations, marketing, and contracts, debates what matters most, and hands you one prioritized plan. You get the plan and the full record of how every call was made.
What it is
Every owner has blind spots. Your data knows things you don't. Most AI help won't surface them: it's shallow, generic, or works on one thing at a time. A chatbot for customer service. A tool for marketing copy. A spreadsheet macro. Handy on its own, but nobody's looking at the whole business.
The Business X-Ray is different. A full roster of AI executives goes through your business from every angle at the same time. Finance. Operations. Technology. Marketing. Strategy. People. Legal. Sales. Each one is an expert in its own area, digs into the real numbers, writes a phased plan, and says what it needs from the others to make it happen.
Then a Facilitator, running on a stronger model, gathers all the analysis, finds where things overlap or clash, runs the debate, and turns it into one plan. Every call in that plan has a reason you can check. You don't just get a list of recommendations. You get the argument that produced them.
The X-ray is the diagnosis: what's really going on inside, ranked by what to fix first. Every call in it traces back to a decision that was argued out, and the transcript is the record of who said what, where they pushed back, and the reasoning that settled the order.
The Agent Roster
Each agent works on its own area using real data you provide: financials, marketing analytics, HR records, sales pipelines, tech stack docs. They don't compare notes until it's time to bring everything together.
CEO
Chief Executive Officer
Reads the Facilitator's plan, makes an Approve / Modify / Reject / Defer call on every recommendation, points out what the committee missed, and writes the Founder's Memo in the CEO's voice, addressed to the team.

Financial health, revenue, margins, runway, unit economics
COO
Chief Operating Officer
Processes, capacity, vendors, operational systems

Facilitator
Orchestrator
The Facilitator
Gathers every report, finds where the areas depend on each other or clash, runs the debate with per-agent voting and a weighted scoring system, and produces the plan plus a full transcript of every position, tension, and ruling. Runs on a stronger model than the other agents.
Quality & Self-Improvement
Every agent has been reviewed and hardened by frontier models including Claude Opus and Fable. After each engagement, every agent writes up what worked and what didn't. Those notes get folded back into the agents, so the roster gets sharper with each run.
Nonprofit version available
There's also a version built for nonprofits, with agents for mission impact, fund accounting, grant compliance, and board governance.

How It Works
1
Discovery Session
We start with an AI-led interview that builds a full picture of your business: how you make money, your team, your workflows, your tools, what's not working, and where you want to go. That file feeds every agent that runs after it.
2
Independent domain analysis
Each agent runs on its own against the real data you give me. The finance agent works your actual numbers. The marketing agent audits your real channels. The tech agent looks at your real stack. No generic assumptions. Everything comes from your data.
3
Committee session & synthesis
The Facilitator gathers every report, finds where the areas depend on each other and where they compete for the same money and people, and runs the debate with per-agent voting on every contested priority. Competing priorities get argued out. Tradeoffs get written down. The plan comes out of that, not from one point of view.
4
CEO Final Review
The CEO agent reads the Facilitator's plan and does what the committee can't: looks at the whole thing as one person. It goes through every recommended action with an Approve / Modify / Reject / Defer call and the reasoning, points out what the committee missed, and writes the main deliverable: a three-page Founder's Memo in the CEO's own voice, addressed to the team.
5
Delivery
You get the whole package: the Founder's Memo, the 12-month treatment plan (updated to reflect the owner's decisions), the committee transcript, every agent's analysis, and interactive visualizations. It's all in plain language, sorted by phase, with clear owners and cost estimates. The X-ray is the diagnosis. When you're ready to act on it, that's the treatment.
What You Receive
-
✍️
Founder's Memo
Three pages, the owner's voice, addressed to the team. The CEO or Executive Director agent writes it after reviewing the committee's work. This is the document you actually hand to your board, your leadership team, or your investors
-
🗳️
Owner's Decision Record
An Approve / Modify / Reject / Defer call on every Phase 1 and Phase 2 recommendation, with the reasoning, plus a section on what the committee missed. The full picture of how the final plan came together
-
📋
12-Month Treatment Plan
A 4-phase roadmap: 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 12 months, updated to reflect the owner's decisions, with specific actions, owners, and a cost estimate for each one
-
💬
Committee Deliberation Transcript
A full record of every position, per-agent vote, and ruling, so you know not just what to do, but why it came out ahead of everything else
-
📊
Domain-Level Analyses
Full reports from each agent: SWOT, phased plan, quick wins, and an AI opportunity scan for that area
-
⚡
AI Opportunity Map
Every agent flags where AI can cut effort, improve quality, or speed things up in its area. The Facilitator pulls these into one view across the whole business
-
📈
Interactive Visualizations
A priority matrix (impact vs. effort across everything) and one timeline showing how the four phases line up across your business
Who It's For
Small to mid-size businesses ready to grow, or get unstuck
You've got traction and real revenue. But something's off: growth has flattened, margins are tighter than they should be, or you keep hitting the same problems. You want a clear picture of where to focus, not more consultants who take six months to hand you a deck.
Leadership teams that need to get on the same page, not just more analysis
The transcript really earns its keep here. When every department head has their own priorities, a document that shows how the tradeoffs were reasoned through, and why the priorities landed where they did, gets people on the same page instead of just telling them to be.
Phase 1
0–30 days
Quick wins and immediate operational improvements
Phase 2
30–90 days
Process changes and system investments
Phase 3
90–180 days
Strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional alignment
Phase 4
180–365 days
Long-term transformation and sustained capability building
